Cen Medya Limited Şirketi (Hatopya) controls information for free news-site applications and optional-service requests. Contact details are below. This notice provides information; it is neither contractual acceptance nor marketing consent.

Information and purposes

Name, optional company/phone, email, domain, service choice and notes are used to review the application, verify authority and respond. Agreement version, document hash and acceptance time evidence what was accepted. Security logs and rate-limit records prevent abuse. The form requests neither national identity numbers nor payment-card information.

Collection and legal grounds

Information is obtained electronically through forms and service communications. Under Turkish Law 6698, directly necessary contract formation/performance uses Article 5(2)(c); necessary rights/evidence records Article 5(2)(e); proportionate security and abuse prevention Article 5(2)(f), respecting fundamental rights. Applicable legal retention/official obligations use Article 5(2)(ç). No blanket consent is imposed for these operations.

Access and providers

Authorised Hatopya staff access requests. Hosting/security providers process necessary service information; Zoho may process recipient and content data for service notifications. Cloudflare DNS/CDN/R2 supports publishing infrastructure. Authorities receive information only when legally required. Any international transfer must follow applicable Article 9 conditions and safeguards; this form does not obtain blanket international-transfer consent.

Retention and rights

Information is retained as necessary to handle requests/services, evidence rights and fulfil applicable retention duties, then lawfully deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Contact the details below to exercise information, access, correction, conditional erasure and other rights under Article 11. Identity and scope are verified only as necessary. Marketing permission is not an application requirement.
