Will I have to move to a paid software plan?
No. Hatopya has no paid news-software plan. Free access is not a trial promotion and does not require buying optional services.
What is free? Is the domain included?
Software, licence, setup, hosting, server and CDN infrastructure are free. Domain purchase and renewal are your responsibility. The former first-100-websites domain promotion is not a current offer.
What if I have no time to manage my website?
Management and editorial service costs 600 USD + VAT per month. We confirm the scope and working arrangements in writing. Not buying this service does not affect free software access.
How much does a mobile app cost?
200 USD + VAT per year. It is free while the publication’s management and editorial service is active. If editorial service ends, paid mobile-app continuation requires separate approval.
Can I manage several websites and languages?
Yes. Manage publications you are authorised to access from one workspace. Five languages are initially available and more can be added. Adding a language does not automatically produce a professional translation.
Do you provide training and technical support?
We provide setup and panel guidance. Send technical issues through our contact channels; training and support arrangements are shared during setup.
Can I use email with my publication’s domain?
News hosting and mailboxes are separate services. We can plan connection to your chosen email provider or suitable forwarding. Hatopya notifications sent through Zoho do not create a mailbox for you.
Who owns my content and advertising income?
You retain rights to your own content. Third-party material remains subject to its licence. You manage advertising outside the Hatopya placement identified in the agreement.
What about backups and moving elsewhere?
Backups form part of infrastructure operations. Restoration or migration requests are planned with support, including the scope and secure delivery of your own content. Source code and third-party licences are separate from content ownership.
Do you guarantee a top Google position or Google News acceptance?
No. We provide technical SEO infrastructure and setup guidance. Search-engine assessments and acceptance decisions are outside Hatopya’s control.
Does applying immediately put my website online?
No. Publication details and domain ownership are checked before setup and migration are planned. Keep your current DNS unchanged until the technical plan is agreed.
